Can anybody tell me if that is the extended cabover??

Can anybody tell me if that is the extended cabover??

I'm no expert, but it appears to be so. Also, at some point (maybe 2007?) FWC started to only make extended cabovers on the Grandby. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

Yes, that used camper looks to have the Extended Cabover Bed.

FWC didn't start making all of the Hawk, Grandby, & Keystone Models "standard" with the "Extended Cabover Bed" until April 2010.

Even these days we still over the shorter cabover bed if the customer prefers it.

If in doubt, it is always best to measure.

Standard Cabover = 32"

Extended Cabover = 48"

Hope this helps.

Happy Camping !

Get driving! :p

2nd in line is not bad. I hope you can get it.

Not only is it not bad, but I bet you can be first in line with good communication, enthusiasm and offering more than the first in line. At this listing price, you potentially have a lot of room to bid higher.

Probably not even a truck camper, but such is the status quo dealing with lame CL ads

Weird, I can't figure out why I'm only finding this one today. Not a good deal anyway.

I called - 2nd in line -story of my life.

I emailed him when this first got posted and got a reply yesterday. Hope he doesn't think i'm the first in line (ya know how CL people sometimes think). It would be a good deal for me if it was local. He is the second owner of the truck and the original owner of the camper. He could not provide the camper build sheet. Good luck

As a courtesy to me for posting religiously to this thread, please don't call on the grandby just listed in sacramento. How's that for asking nicely?

Get on it! Looks like its an early 90s based on the orange sideliner? Looks in good shape for the age. A tad above your stated budget but hopefully you can swing it.

Hoping you get some good Karma for all the postings you have done.

Is this a relisting? Either way it should be bought right now - soooo cheap:
Needs to go, Pop-up camper, Four Wheel brand slide-in - $150 (Laporte)

Is there a second one in Laporte? This one is more expensive:
Trailer mounted, Pop-up camper, Four Wheel brand slide-in - $250 (Laporte)

I think this is a relist. So many older FWCs I get confyoosed
