Vermont! (we moved)

Hey there. what map/etc, would you recommend for a baja trip? what worked for you guys?

We mainly worked off the National Geographic Baja maps, both a paper as well as an electronic copy. We used the electronic copy in both Avenza and Gaia to save places of interest, where we stayed, etc. I also downloaded the entire area in Google maps which helped a lot with driving directions, phone numbers, addresses and hours of businesses. You can download Google maps in advance and get most of the functionality offline without using / relying on cell data.

Make sure during the fall (besides the fried dough with maple cream...hot) that you research to find a quality Vermont State sandwich.... yup... the Vermonter! Quality bread or ciabatta roll with honey ham (or smoked turkey) with cheddar cheese slice (shahp) granny smith sliced apple and honey mustard..... fugetaboutit! Wash it down with some apple cider!

They are reallll good...some folks insist on Maple syrup (local) instead of the honey in the "honey mustard"..
