What is this tree called?

The thin white leaves of this tree are fragrant, particularly in Spring and I liken the smell somewhat to honey suckle mixed with sage.

Any ideas?

Yes, Russian Olive. Very invasive in western river habitats. Don't Plant it.

What's funny is that I was watching the Paria Canyon hike on Jamal Green's YouTube channel not 10 minutes after I posted this question when he mentioned that Russian Olive was and an invasive species and showed the trees. I Googled it and confirmed the same before I was able to check back here.

I love the smell and wanted to plant one in my Pennsylvania yard, but I guess I won't be doing that now...

FYI...... my photo was taken in Colorado Springs, but I first smelled it in Spring in Moab, UT.
