XPCamper sighting in Maryland

Hey, first chance to see an XPCamper, especially this far East. I saw it on top of a black Dodge Ram on Old Georgetown Road in Rockville, MD. Who was that? Was tempted to pull them over for a look-see, but they were going in the opposite direction and it was in traffic, and I had an appointment to get to.
