Hey guys great site. I am really considering a slide in pop up camper. Fwc is about an hour away in woodland and was thinking of heading over there, assuming they have display models. Also I was wondering if there was a rental option to try it out for few days and make sure its something I want to commit to.

Anyway look forward to reading more and maybe in time getting out there with some of you all.

Well worth the one hour drive to FWC to get a good look. I would also stop at ATC and look at there shop. Both are great campers and with the changes FWC has been making there is not quite a difference between the two campers. The Colorado group is the only place I have seen rentals, just a little to expensive for me. I know it's a truck and a camper but around $500/day! You might ask FWC if anyone around CA rents them.

Depending if you are east, west, north or south of FWC several of us live with in an hour of Woodland. Just ask and I am sure you will find someone who would give your a tour of their camper and answer your questions.

Not sure where you are but if Woodland is an hour away you might think about stopping by the camper rally near Santa Rosa. Will be a ton of rigs to look at.

Im in Napa, so kind of in the middle. Be cool to see this ralley. Where can I get details?

SCATT Recreation in Roseville used to rent tent trailers, but they are also a Northstar dealer. You might check them out.

Dang have to head down San Jose saturday. Might try and check you guys out Sunday if you guys are still going to be around.

Also checked out FWC and ATC. Wow talk about options. Going to have to do alil more research then I thought.
