boondocking places near Nephi, UT

Need suggestions for boondocking places in the vicinity of Nephi, UT, reasonably close to I-15, and not up in the mountains because it will be late November.

I will be headed from Boise to Zion NP and want to break up the drive into two days.

There's some spots on Freecampsites dot net close to I-15 but it looks like that area is all pretty high elevation (~6000') and cold at night

I've never camped there, but have often thought of around Yuba Reservoir which is south of Nephi. Google Earth shows areas right of the highway which are probably BLM
