diesel heater

I use one in my boat. It’s a Wallas 2 burner heater/stove. Lid up, stove. Lid down heater. To save battery, we put an Eco Fan on the cooler burner. In my boat community, it’s an exclusive love-hate relationship. So far we are on the love side, it has worked well for us. They are voltage sensitive, so we start the motor when lighting the stove. As soon as it’s going, we turn the motor off. Low current draw in stove mode, not bad when used as a heater.

This is definitely on my short list.
Now it's on my to-do list :)

Just picked up this diesel heater based on some of the links above - thanks for the inspiration! Was thinking I could put it in the front box closest to the fuel tank in my currently-being-built SherpTek bed (more here). Want to still be able to easily remove the camper without having to unhook much more (or fuel lines).
