I have no experience with powering an RV, but I do know that in the realm of indoor growing :rolleyes: using High Intensity Discharge lamps (HID) you should never exceed 80% of the amps the breaker has to offer. (unless you want to burn the playhouse down)

That applies to circuits that are going to be feeding "continuous duty near rating" draws, wires heat up over time, etc. Usually in residential applications this would mainly apply to electric heat circuits. However running a ballast for lighting that is going to be on for long term periods (cough 24/0 & 12/12 cough) you can easily see how this rule would apply as well.
