I decided also to take the plunge into the SpotX. Retiring in a few weeks and just me and the dogs travelling. Hitting at least 3 other states for upland bird hunting this fall. So can anyone tell me what the Bluetooth option gives me? Without bluetooth, the cost is $50 less. Thanks in advance.

Mike, with Blue Tooth you can use an IPhone or iPad to type messages, Get contacts, etc.. I assume droid as well. Or at least that’s how InReach does it.
