Steve Just catching up and oh my Desperado....Lucas... that is just plain wonderful.

and oh... Unchained ... though he is good... I just last week saw the original again and omg the depth of the voice is hard to grasp... from low to high wow... classic ( and I remember the HS dances.... yup)
2 years ago Rene Bishop from The Platters sang that (he was 71) incredible and though The Righteous Brothers are one of my favorites...this is perfect ... see it on youtube
 
Sure miss John.Our station plays him several times during the day.
I usually get to hear him about 6:15 every morning.
The morning DJ at KPIG FM plays his music a lot during his time spot.

He looks so young in the photos.

Thanks Frank I'll look for it. Funny he had just married and then met her ... got divorced and married her! An Irish spell.
 
Just watched it... get all teary... he was so not into pride or glory... just a really true person. Who else but that kind of MAN could have written what he did " hello in there" .... that is soul.
