need temporary collapsible waterproof cooler solution

Yep, I want it all... An inexpensive, collapsible, waterproof (no leaking) soft-sided cooler or equivalent 'bag' of about 40 to 60 quart capacity that I can use to temporarily hold block-ice and perishable groceries while restocking on the road. This item would need to keep things cool for a few to as many as 12 hours, until I could access my 60-quart hardshell cooler that's permanently mounted in the far-forward aisle area of the FWC Grandby Shell and transfer the contents into it (that's correct, there's no refrigerator). Any WTWers out there have any experience with or knowledge of such an item that you could steer me towards? Thanks much!

I use these from Cabelas for packing frozen meat when one of my hunts turns out lucky. They work great!

Four of them pack nicely into a duffle bag and take up very little space until needed.
