The forecast for Bend is cold... But not even close to record cold.
The forecast snowfall is kinda significant.. But in 2 of the past 5 winters we've gotten over a foot -- almost 2 -- in a single storm.

Still... I'd just as soon NOT be driving in it.

Rain has replaced the cold and snow and sort of warm here with to much mud out there to go play! Snow pack still low for this time of year-but supposed to snow in the high country. .

Smoke

Well, we have a small warm storm moving through today. It is 36 degrees and raining. It is a good day to put a yankee pot roast in the crockpot and having the house smelling yummy all day. Yup.

If we had a REALLY TALL WALL across our northern border then we could keep that dang-ole polar vortex up north where it belongs!
:cautious: ;)
