Perfect shot, Stephen. You nailed the focus and even got a catch light in the hawk's eye. The background bokeh (out of focus blur) really isolates the subject. And, one of my all time favorite raptors too!

Andy, thank you for the kind words. The day I shot that image, and the one in this post was one of the very best I've ever had for Northern Harriers. Like you, they are one of my all time favorites. I believe the bird in the image below is the same one as my post above.
